Can’t get rid of Apple Music offer popping up.

I would like to know how to stop Apple Music subscription from popping up on my iPhone SE. I would like to purchase from the iTunes Store without subscribing. I can do this on me MacBook but I can’t on my phone. I have turned off Apple Music in settings on my phone but this didn’t solve the problem.

I have not subscribed AppleMusic before and all I had was the last six free month with the purchase of my 13 Pro Max two years ago. You can purchase music on an iPhone by opening the iTunes Store app.
