Is it possible to have my Apple TV auto connect to my LG soundbar via Bluetooth when Apple TV wakes? The soundbar is on constant standby and can be awakened by connecting via Bluetooth. Normally, I have to go into the settings and manually connect the speaker every time I turn on the TV. It’s very annoying. Maybe there’s a shortcut for this. Can anyone help?

The Apple TV is connected to a projector at the back of the room and wireless soundbar and speakers are surrounding those so it’s very inconvenient to wire them in. Bluetooth works perfectly fine when connected manually. I just want it to connect automatically upon waking Apple TV. I guess it doesn’t have the required chip to preform such an action. Very disappointing.

No, it will need to be paired each time. Also, it is best to have a soundbar connected to the TV instead of using BT as it will not offer the best experience.
The only way it would work is if the soundbar had a feature where it could auto-connect to a device once initially paired.
If you have a soundbar setup with rears and/or sub then be aware that you are restricted to stereo and adding extra compression so it will be sacrificing quite a bit of performance.
