After updating my iPhone 13 Pro to 16.2 I get no sound alert for incoming text messages, just a vibration. My settings have not changed, my notifications are on and my usual text tone is selected. I restarted my phone but no luck. When I test any text tone in settings, sound & haptics, I get no sound, only vibration. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Let's look into some settings, to see if this helps with what you're seeing. .Start by tapping on Settings > Notifications, select an app and confirm that Allow Notifications is on. After confirming that notifications are turned on, check the setting for Banners. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, then select Banners. We also want to confirm some other settings. Tap on Settings > General > Date & Time. Is Set Automatically toggled on? Does everything look correct?
