Universal Clipboard stopped working from iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 16.2.

Universal Clipboard is no longer working from my iPhone 12 Pro.
It was working before I updated to iOS 16.2.
I can copy and paste between all 3 of my Macs (Ventura 13.1) and my iPad (iOS 16.2).
I can paste clipboard data to my iPhone.
I can't paste from my iPhone clipboard to my Macs -- or to my iPad Pro (12.9 in. 2nd Gen).
In the Notes app on my iPhone, if I copy text to the clipboard, I can paste it back into the Notes app on my iPhone, but I can't paste it into a TextEdit document on my Mac, and I can't paste it into the Notes app on my iPad.
