How to turn off lockdown mode

How can I see configured profiles and devices because I have been trying to figure out how to get my ex from linking into my phone and able to access my account I can’t find the way he is using please it is an emergency

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16

Make sure you change your password. That's a good idea in general when trying to avoid a compromised account:

For iOS 15 or earlier, if you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts, click here --> See who has access to your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
