I can not get my tv to sign in on Apple TV

If you still need help, please verify, is this on an Apple TV, or only the Apple TV app in a device?

What device?

What operating system?

If using an iOS device, are you using Wi-Fi? Try signing in after you turn off Settings > Wi-Fi, and see if you can sign in using cellular data.

Im having the same issue on my Amazon FireStick. None of the articles you linked helped fix the issues.
