apple tv on firestick
just received my new fire stick 4k today.
Tried to login to apple tv but keep getting errors
updated my fire stick to latest sw version still wont allow me to sign in to apple tv

We'd recommend first trying to log in via a web browser if possible to confirm your Apple ID is working: Watch in a web browser - Apple Support
1. Go to tv.apple.com to subscribe to and watch Apple TV+ in a web browser.
2. If you already have an Apple ID, you can sign in to start your free trial. You may be asked to add or verify a credit card to ensure the account holder has authorized viewing on the web. For more information, see the Apple Support article Parental controls for Apple TV+ on the web.
Note: If you experience difficulties with auto-play functionality while watching Apple TV+ in a web browser, try turning off any ad blocker extensions or apps you’ve installed.
If you can log in successfully there, then we'd recommend reaching out to Amazon for Fire Stick-specific troubleshooting.
