Macbook Unable to Detect USB-A Ports on External Monitor After Updating to MacOS Ventura

Hello,

I recently updated my operating system to MacOS 13.1 Ventura. Since then, my Macbook has been unable to detect any device plugged into the USB-A port on my Dell P2721Q external monitor. I have allowed communication with external accessories in the settings, but this has not helped. Is there a solution to this problem? Everything was fine on MacOS Monterey.

The devices plugged into the monitor are a mouse dongle and an external RJ45 network card.

Device: Macbook Air M2, 2022

OS: MacOS Ventura 13.1

Thanks.

MacBook Air
