Refund Request on YouCam Subscription

Hello! I would like to ask for assistance as I want to cancel my YouCam Makeup subscription on my app. I accidentally purchased the subscription and the payment amounting to ₱1,390.00 was deducted on my Gcash account. I want to cancel my subscription on the app and get my money back as refund.
