Is there any way to locate a lost iPad if the Find My is OFF

When I replaced my iPhone, somehow my iPad didn’t get back on the list of devices on the Find My app because it was selected as OFF (I don’t recall turning anything off on my iPad).

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

Sorry but no. Without Find My enabled, there is no mechanism to remote track that device. All you can do is physically search for it.
