How can I locate my lost or stolen Ipad when the Find My app is not installed on the device, and it does not show up on Icloud?

There is not much you can do other than reporting your lost/stolen iPad to the local authorities and contacting your wireless carrier if that iPad had cellular capabilities. You may be able to file a claim on your home owners or renter’s insurance.
