Advanced Data Protection across ALL my apple devices

I have a number of devices where I login with my AppleID. Some of these are "old". Like a 2011 Mac Mini, a 2015 Macbook Pro, old Apple TVs, an iPad Mini v4, etc. Some can't be upgraded to the latest OS.

I'm 99% sure that means I cannot enable Advanced Data Protection for the four devices I do have that can be upgraded to the latest OS versions.

Until I remove all those old devices, I cannot enable ADP. Correct?

Does Advanced Data Protection have be turned on for all my devices? I have the latest macOS or iOS or iPad OS on four of my six devices. Two of them can't be updated to these latest releases because they are too old to accept them. If I turn on Advanced Data Protection (ADP) on the four eligible devices, does that mean I won't have access to my iCloud contents on the two without it? I plan to purchase latest versions of the two older ones during this next year. Do I have to wait until I have all six before I turn on ADP on any of them?

how to turn off advance data protection I have set up my new Mac mini with advance data protection. My iPhone 11 can use it. Unfortunately my old MacBook Pro can't be upgraded. Neither can my iPad. So I need to turn it off so all four can still access the keychain passwords. How do I go about doing this?
