Continuity Camera Does Not Capture Video

Problem Definition

I can "Take Photo" or "Scan Documents" with Continuity Camera in supported apps (notes, mail ...) and It works perfect.

When I try to connect video stream apps like Face Time or Zoom:

  • I see connected status successful on phone screen.
  • I see little green light on devide camera is active.
  • I can set video effect on mac control center.
  • After 5 seconds I see "No Video" error message.

Devices:

* MacBook Pro 2019 16 inch (OS Version Ventura 13.1 )

* iPhone 13 with OS 16.2

** Both devices have bluetooth enabled, are using the same AppleID, no VPN is enabled and are using the same WiFi network.

Attempted the following:

*Two factor is enabled

* Deletion of bluetooth settings on Mac OS

* Disabling and reenabling bluetooth on both devices

* Pairing iOS device with MacBook via Bluetooth

* Simple shutdown / restart of both devices

* Hard reset of iOS device

* Switched to different wifi networks on both the Mac and iPhone

* Tried landscape and portrait orientations

Nothing's worked for me so far...
