Apple Chancery font
I have Pages 12.2.1 and I see the font in the All Fonts folder but I do not know how to get it into My Fonts
I tried an earlier forum on this but my version is newer

No problem seeing and using this font in my 12.6.1 and Pages 12.2.1
At least with macOS 12.6.2, the Apple Chancery.ttf font is installed by the operating system (not by Pages) in the /System/Library/Fonts/Supplemental folder. FontBook shows this font as active, and yet, the font is sufficiently old that it is missing from the Pages v12.2.1 font menu.
I copied that font into my /Users/viking/Library/Fonts folder, rebooted into Safe Boot mode, where it was still missing from the Pages v12.2.1 font menu, and where it remained missing after a normal reboot.
Based on the second paragraph results, you can forget about using the Apple Chancery font in Pages v12.2.1, and I expect no change for Ventura 13.1 or later either.
Apple Chancery remained AWOL on my 2020 Core i7 iMac running Monterey 12.6.2 and on my MacBook M1 Pro with the same operating system — each with Pages v12.2.1. This font does appear on the Pages v12.2.1 font menu in macOS Ventura 13.1. Go figure.
You can't, and I don't why you want to. "My fonts" are fonts you have downloaded from elsewhere and Apple Chancery is included in Pages.
Its not in my apple ipad Pages but it’s in my macbook. Can someone help?
If it's not showing on iPad Pages, create a document using the font in Pages on your Mac, then open the file on the iPad and it should appear.
