Share Menu Extension. Why is whatsapp and others missing ?

Why are so many share menu extensions missing? WhatsApp has been out for several years and it's still not available to add it. Same goes for Messenger, Telegram and other major programs.

People now seem to be moving to using the messenger type systems more and more for regular exchange of files, documents and media yet they still are not on the share menu?

Can someone please explain to me why not? I'm a lifelong Mac user but this lagging behind on the latest ways of communication for social use is really beginning to bug me for. I need this access door opened please.

I live in Spain and here hardly anyone will use email for social exchange of information, It's all done now by ever better messaging apps.
