I would not use more than one password manager. This seems you are setting yourself up for complications/conflicts.

Rule of thumb—keep it simply.

If you have an issue with the baked in Keychain Access.app syncing across all devices and iCloud, please describe the issue in full.

This would seem to me a redundancy to have two Password Managers on one devices.

Plus as pervious contributor has mentioned complicates the matter

Not to mention a Cost for the Third Party Password Application that can easily be avoided by using the Builtin Password Application.
