how to move screenshot toolbar from one monitor to another

How can I move the screenshot toolbar from one monitor to another?

When I drag it from the monitor its on to another monitor, my cursor goes to that monitor, but the Screenshot toolbar stops at the edge of the monitor it is already on.

How do I control extended monitor How do I control which apps open on my extended monitor and which open on my Macbook screen? For example, when I launch Finder it opens on the extended monitor. When I open other apps like safari they open on the Macbook monitor and I have to drag them to the extended monitor to view. I'm running Monterey 12.6

I would suggest you try starting with the mouse pointer on already on the screen you want to capture.
