I have changed phones and successfully backed up my old phone and chats, I got the chat history full on the new phone, but for my media I only got some but not all of them, some conversations have their media full and others are empty, although my backup was successful, could you please give me α solution for this, my media is really important for me.

I did they didn’t help at all they sent an automatic message, actually the problem is that since I got part of my media, the backup was successful, but not all of it.
