Ventura Causing Poor Performance

It seems my 2017 MacBook Pro has been VERY slow, sluggish and constantly loses the wifi signal ever since I upgraded to the Ventura operating OS & no updates since have provided any relief to that. Is there an issue?

Download and run Etrecheck.  Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support  to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

Copy the report

and use the Additional Text button to paste the report in your reply.

Then we can evaluate the report to see if we can determine the cause of the problem.

Thank you Old Toad. I do appreciate your feedback but I respectfully decline in downloading or introducing software to generate a report that I would have no understanding or insight as to what it is collecting. The Etrecheck is not offered in the Apple Store, any reason why?

My biggest question is about the new MacOS Ventura, are others observing the same issues as I've described?

Again, thank you very much.

Etrecheck used to be offered in the store but Apple required it to be dumbed down so far to meet it requirements that it because somewhat useless.

It does not include any personal information. In fact it even hides the name of the drives by changing Macintosh - Data to M**************a.
