The subscription itself shows only for the actual subscriber in his or her subscriptions overview. But access to the Apple TV+ content is accessible to all members of the Family Sharing group. Just go to the Apple TV app, navigate to the tv+ tab, and select a show from the Apple TV+ catalog to watch.
