All of my music is gone but my playlist are still there

We understand you're missing music on your iPhone. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

Make sure you have Sync Library enabled. This article lets you know how to enable it:

How to turn on Sync Library on your iPhone or iPad

Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap Music.

3. Turn on Sync Library.

4. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices.
