Airpods pro 2nd gen

Hi,

I have a question about my AirPods pro 2nd gen.

They are brand new and work fine, but i just have one problem.

When picking up an incoming call with Siri or button on AirPod people don't hear me.

When i switch to Iphone speaker and then back to AirPods on Iphone then it works fine.

When i start a call myself with Siri/ AirPods then it works fine.

Iphone xs IOS 16.1.2

AirPods Pro 5B59

Microphone setting is set to auto.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi Axeldg,

Have you tested the microphone using another app? For instance if you create a Voice Memo, does that work fine with your AirPods?

We've recently released an update for the iOS software. Please back up and then update. This process can help resolve issues with answering calls with your AirPods Pro. Here's how to complete these steps:

"Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."
