That message was/is your proof; click on the agreement number. And, it expired on November 29.

If you paid upfront in total, it expires. You can try and see if you can renew it but that is not available everywhere.

That is what insurance is about: you pay and may never need it. But when you do, you are glad you have it. I've gotten 1 macbook and 2 iPads replaced free of charge because I had Applecare.
