Note Disappeared

I removed the lock from a locked note and now it's disappeared. It's not in the recently deleted section, I can't find it when I search for the note, and it was really important to me. I don't have iCloud Backup turned on so there's no way for me to retrieve the note. Is there any way for me to get it back?
