Apple Music authorization not working in Ventura

Apple Music tells me my computer is not authorized to play downloaded music. I do the authorization. It tells me again that this computer is not authorized. How to fix this?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.0

If it was purchased with a different Apple ID, you'd need to make sure that Apple ID was authorized as well.
