Disable cmd +shift+arrow (left/right) shortcut for switching tabs in Safari 16.1 (macOS Ventura)

I'm trying to turn off these combinations for Safari, because when selecting text, I use combinations like alt+shift+arrow (selecting a word) and cmd+shift+arrow (selecting a line), and after the update to macOS Ventura, cmd+shift+arrow combination began to switch tabs.

I tried adding a new shortcut to the keyboard settings, but it didn't work.
