Apple watch setup on my plan

Can my daughter use an apple watch that has its own service with a different carrier than her phone? I have an apple watch setup on my plan and wanted to let my daughter have it without her having to pay for an extra line on her own plan. Can that work?

Apple Watch - Family Mode - Two Cellular Plans Hi, my iPhone cellular company, Spectrum, does not support Apple Watch Family Mode. The Apple Watch 5 is for my daughter and we'd prefer to use a watch rather than get her a phone. is there a way to add a wearable cellular plan for Watch in Family Mode that is separate from the iPhone cellular plan?

Apple watch family set up and data roaming I want to get an apple watch for my son, he doesn't have an iphone so would be set up via family set up from my phone. The two network providers listed on the web site - EE and Truphone both say they don't offer roaming for these plans. Is there any way my son can have a watch and use while abroad?

No. iPhone and Apple Watch MUST be on the same carrier who provides the service to the phone.
