I just received an email about AppleCare Proof of Coverage (with two PDF attachments) that I bought two years go. Is it legit?

Refund for AppleCare+ Agreement Legit or a Scam? I received an email, appears to be legitimately from the noreply@email.apple claiming that I am owed hundreds of dollars for an overcharge of AppleCare+ from several years ago from an iPhone8. I clicked the link for Apple Support and an Austin, TX number dialed me back. They collected the serial # and Agreement # (which was provided in the email.....I have no records, nor could I find of a phone this old, so couldnt verify this was in fact my old phones serial #). The only info they requested was my billing address. They then sent me a link to add my banking info. With all the fraud issues out there and becoming more and more realistic, I am trying to validate this is real. Has anyone else received this AppleCare+ Refund and safely received the refund? Odd Applecare message I just received a text from T-Mobile stating that my applecare registration is complete. i have no idea where this is from, and i didn’t do anything related to applecare today. should i be concerned? or do i just ignore it?

AppleCare+ start date for new Apple Watch not yet received Today I got an email that states that my apple + coverage has started for my Apple Watch and I haven’t even received my device yet. In fact, I’m not due to receive it until weeks from now. [Edited by Moderator]

You should have received confirmation emails of your AppleCare two years ago when it was purchased. No idea what the email you just got would be.
