It is impossible to export an enhanced voice memo. I tried everything, I tried to export it directly to Luma Fusion, I tried to export it to files, and I even mailed it from the voice memo app, yet nothing worked. The exported audio is always not enhanced version.

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. "Enhanced Recording doesn't actually change the recording. only how it sounds when you play it." This is the reason why the exported audio isn't enhanced. You can see more about this here: Play a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone
