How to save audio files to voice memo
This is not a question but rather an answer. If you import your audio file to a third-party recording app like Voloco and then download it from there, you can export it to voice memos.

I tested this on my iPhone 12 Pro iOS 15.1 it remains the same on iOS 15.6.1 too.
- Touch and hold the Audio Message
- Tap on the displayed recording
- Tap on Share

- Choose any of the options to share via, AirDrop, Messages, Email
