External 5K monitor support

Since upgrading to Ventura, my LG 49" (49WLK95C-WY) no longer works. When the monitor is plugged, the screen(s) go garbled, completely unusable, sometimes its both built-in display and external, and others it is just the external display.


The only fix to get it to work is to kill the "WindowServer" process...


I have created several tickets but nothing.... what's going on?

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here just fellow users

you can try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)

and or give them feedback -> Product Feedback - Apple


it’s sort of like asking other customers in an Apple Store, sure you can bump into woz or others who’d know more than their geniuses but you will not get official apple responses here.
