External monitor does not work with Ventura upgrade

I have tried the suggestions available online with no resolution. Hours later my working day is compressing. It'll be a late night staying back at work to catchup. With no resolution, where do I go from here? I have been total Apple for decades. A loyal customer, until this slip up in customer focus.

Has anyone succeeded in getting their non-Apple monitor to accept data from their Mac?
