I can’t download apps 😭please read what I wrote under this

I I don’t know what to do because I got an free subscription on photoshop when I had a bank card (in from a country that is not on the list of apple support) and then I blocked the card. I cancelled my subscription these days and it’s still in use till 25nov 2023 . That’s ok but when I try to download an app that has in app purchases (almost every app) then it wants my billing info but my card is blocked and what should I do I can’t download any apps 😅
