Finding owner

How do I find the owner to a locked Apple Watch? I found an Apple Watch on the floor of Walmart last week and I have searched and searched for the owner but have had no luck. It’s activation locked so I can’t find anything out….

Take it back to Walmart and turn it in to the service desk.

Apple Watch series 7 I bought a watch, and the previous owner was still logged in new to Apple, so didn’t know nothing about activation lock factory set watch find out that there was activation lock on. It went to try to find the previous owner can’t find him, but found out that he had called and reported the watch stolen for insurance claim what do I do?
