I am trying to get support to connect and fill my ipod with itunes. My pc windows 10 does not recognize my ipod.

Begin with this Apple article: If your computer doesn’t recognise your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support (UK). Ignore the bit about Finder (that's for Mac OS computers).
