Caller ID not showing since iOS 18.2.1 My phone rings and unless I recognize the phone number I can't tell who is calling because Caller ID doesn't show and the custom ring tone doesn't sound, just my default ring is heard. The settings have not been changed. This does not happen all the time, but like every other day, it is an intermittent problem. It seems to be happening when my T-Mobile wifi is on LTE and not 5G. It does not happen often enough to say it is always, but enough to make the iPhone SE less useful. It never happened before this most recent update and I can't seem to find any setting that corrects it. I don't know whether I should be asking here or at T-Mobile. I live in a hilly remote rural area and never see more than 2 bars for wi-fi, in case that matters.

iPhone calls mystery My cellular data is off, I’m using my home Xfinity Wi-Fi, I don’t have my iPhones Wi-Fi calling enabled…. SOOOOOO… how come I can make phone calls still? 2 hour call to Xfinity, and one bogus call to Apple support & on hold for 20 + minutes. Then, the lady who answered the call, only asked me my name and phone number & what my phone issue was, and the reason for my call. Is that non-formal phone etiquette standard for iPhone support???
