I am trying to do a software update from MacOS Monterey 12.6.1 to MacOS Ventura 13.0.1 on my iMac but get an error each time. My iMac is a 24 inch M! 2021. Can you offer advice?

Uninstall any antivirus or cleanup apps if you have them

Before starting an upgrade or update shutdown all running apps, including Mail.
