Hey folks,
I currently have 3 contact lists on my iPhone. I would like to have my "All Contacts" synced to my "All iCloud", so I can have the latter one on my mac as well. Right now my "Messages" app is not showing names, only numbers. I think the reason is because by "Contacts" is not synced properly with my phone.
Can anyone help pretty please?

Let's open the Contacts app on your Mac to see if the names of your contacts are also not appearing there.
If that behavior is also occurring with the Contacts app, does that persist after restarting your Mac? On your Mac, choose Apple menu > Restart. This resource also covers that process: Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
Also, if you sign into the iCloud website are all the contacts from your iPhone showing up there? iCloud Contacts
