Remove airline boarding passes from Wallet in iOS16

Hi. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 16.1.1. I have several old airline boarding passes in Wallet, along with payment cards. I am trying to delete the boarding passes and find no options to do so. Old answers say open the wallet app (through settings, not by double-clicking), select the pass to delete and click on the 3 buttons (option: more) and then select to delete. None of that appears in my wallet - only the payment cards and no airline boarding passes. I’m stumped! Hide Expired passes option is off!

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you're unable to remove some old boarding passes. You can remove a pass from Apple Wallet or hide deleted passes to remove them from view.

How to remove a pass from Apple Wallet

1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.

2. Tap the pass that you want to remove.

3. Tap the More button , then tap Pass Details.

4. Tap Remove Pass, then confirm.

When you remove a pass from the Wallet app on your iPhone, you might also remove that pass from your paired Apple Watch.
