Updating and downloading apps

I’m unable to download and update apps on my iPhone 11 it says something wrong with my billing every time I try to update or download I’ve checked everything signed in and out of my Apple ID like literally everything I keep trying to use my card that’s on file but i don’t know what the problem is if anyone could help that would be great! Also yes the wifi is great and I have storage to download it jus won’t let me cause of the billing ??

Try this if you have an issue when you update or download apps from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
