Hey guys just wondering if u guys have had this too or know how to fix it for the past year or so now after I download an app I can’t update it or anything it comes up with billing problem I always try to put my new card and it never works and puts me right back to the start is thete anyways I can fix this so I can actually update my apps ?

How can I fix the billing thing where it don’t let me download apps it’s nothing ? It says some billing problem but I do t have a card linked to my account how do I fix it cuz it won’t let me download or update nothing at all

If you've been poking at this for a year, it's probably past time to contact Apple Support.
