Apple Pencil tilt problem

Hello, since I updated my iPad Pro to iPadOS 16 the tilt feature on my apple pencil 2 stopped working? When I was using rubber in my notes to clear something, according to my angle I was holding the pen the rubber size would increase or decrease. Now with new iPadOS I can only choose the default sizes which are on some occasions too big or too small. Was this somehow changed in the new iPadOS or do I need to change something in the settings?

Hey KristofRusin,

We'd be happy to help out. We're not aware of any changes to tilting your Apple Pencil on the latest iPadOS. You should still be able to shade or darken a line based on how firmly you tilt and press in while using your Apple Pencil.

Shade or darken a line with Apple Pencil
When you draw or sketch, tilt your Apple Pencil to shade a line, and press more firmly to darken the line.

This is outlined further in the iPad User Guide here: Draw with Apple Pencil on iPad - Apple Support

We hope this helps out.

Take care!
