Siri suddenly texting/calling "Mom Home" instead of cell number.

Really weird issue. Basically, I pretty much exclusively contact my mother via cellphone, same with her contacting me. All of a sudden, when I use Siri to text my mom (By saying "Text Mom"), it opens a message for her Home phone, instead.

For now, I'm just going to change the "home" to "Mum" instead.

For the future though, are there any fixes for this? I tried telling Siri "this is the wrong contact", but she literally just wrote it as a text instead. There's no way to correct her, which is crazy to me. What do I do?

Also, it's not for iPhone SE, I clicked on the wrong one -- It's for iPhone 12. iOS 15.5.
