GarageBand on Mac cuts off all audio when it gets to the Vocal track

After recording multiple songs on a new Mac Mini, all of a sudden all audio cuts off when it gets to the Vocal Region. I use Antares Unlimited plugin for harmonies and auto-tune. The audio cuts off all other sound (iTunes, Music, YouTube, ...). The preferences stay on External Headphones for both Apple System Sound and GarageBand Audio/Midi. Switching both to Mac mini speakers nor external speakers does not play audio as well.

Rebooted several times after closing all Apps which allows me again to listen to the first few bars until again it gets to the Vocal Region. Physically unplugging my headphone jack and plugging back in also allows for the audio to play until again it gets to the Vocal Region where it cuts out again. This is prohibiting me from continuing to edit the song - much less even just play it back.

I've been through all of the advice that I could find online short of uninstalling Antares and/or GarageBand (and reinstalling) which I am hesitant to do. Please advise and thank you.
