Sleep tracker can’t work without sleep schedule
I have been wearing my Apple Watch to sleep for a while, and I found that the sleep schedule is very unnecessary.
What if I fall asleep before the schedule starts? What if I want to take a nap during the day? Fitbit can track if I had fallen asleep or not, not sure why Apple can’t.
Do I need to set something up for it to be smarter?
