Reminders won’t show on lock screen

I set reminders to show up on the Lock Screen but they don’t.

Completed Reminders Still Show After I mark a reminder as completed, it continues to show on the iPhone lock screen. If I open the Reminders app, they show for a second and then disappear. Then they are gone. The reminders need to be removed from all screens and the app as soon as they are marked completed.
