Unable to remove leftover file after software deletion

Hello,

Hope someone can help.

I recently uninstalled Bitdefender from my MacBook Pro 16" M1 Max for various reasons. After a successful process and manually cleaning up numerous leftover files in the Library and hidden Library, I have one file that states I do not have permission to delete. It is a 32mb file in Library>Systemextensions>com.bitdefender.vpn.neprovider.systemextension

I have tried changing permissions in this file without success.

Is it possible to delete this file in some process unknown to me?

Thanks

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.0

This may require, from the below link to SIP ( System Integrity Protection ) to remove this file in question.

Disabling and Enabling System Integrity Protection - Apple ...

Once that is achieved Re-Enable SIP immediately as running in this Mode it is not suggested.
