Apple Replay continues to tell me I haven't been listening to enough music but I've been using it for a year and all I do is listen to music. Is there anyway I can get help

Apple Music won't let me see my replay, it says I'm ineligible but all I do is listen to music

Just to confirm, did you complete the steps under "If you don't see Replay" which includes the steps for turning on Use Listening History for all devices that you own? We wanted to ensure this step is complete, to ensure Apple Music Replay has access to all the data it needs to generate that for you.
