Apple Music Replay says “Once you listen to music, you’ll be eligible for Replay”. I listen to Apple Music daily for many hours a day. How can I fix this?

How can I fix this? I’ve tried the recommended fixes and setting changes from Apple support forums already. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I want to be able to use the Replay feature, especially given the fact that Apple Music has raised and is raising prices
