How can I fix this? I’ve tried the recommended fixes and setting changes from Apple support forums already. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I want to be able to use the Replay feature, especially given the fact that Apple Music has raised and is raising prices

My music history was checked off on my phone too. It was already on on my laptop. This morning I changed it to on on my phone. Replay still doesn’t work for me though. I’ve even listened to a lot of music since then, thinking that Replay would work. But no such luck
I am experiencing same issue. I talked to Apple Support for two hours and no department was able to help me. Are you on a family plan? Only the organizer of our plan is able to access Replay, not sure why.
I am not on a family plan and I never have been. This is all really weird. I don’t know why Apple would release an updated Replay and then have major issues with it, and with no one in Support able to resolve it
Hi, I do have the family subscription on apple music and my dad is the one paying. However when I entered his account it was the rewind just for himself but not for me. Is it possible to find my replay or i should just give up ?

I’m having the same issue with my Apple Music account. It went from saying listen to more music to now saying start listening to music. I listen to music all day everyday especially while driving so I don’t understand how it didn’t register anything.
I didn’t get a replay last year because I had my playback history turned off but I turned it on for this year and still nothing
I just checked in my settings and saw that I had accidentally turned off music history- not completely sure if this is the issue but its very possible
I am on a family and am the organizer, but I still cannot see my replay. It tells me I need to listen to music to be eligible for replay.
This is what happened to me. It only worked fo the organizer. I was not able to access my own replay :(.
It's very frustrating, they told me it was a very niche issue so could not help.
Apple Music Replay says “Once you listen to music, you’ll be eligible for Replay”. I listen to Apple Music daily for many hours a day. How can I fix this?
