Hello,
Ever since I updated my phone, one side of my beats hasnt been working. I have also had the volume higher than usual but turned it down as I heard that could be contributing to the issue but to no avail. I have also done a "Factory reset" but that didnt work either. If anyone can help in anyway, let me know!

Resetting was a good step to try.
Wondering if your Beats firmware is updating automatically.
